Processing time
Regular (non-custom) orders typically take 2–4 weeks from order to delivery. Custom Orders follow a separate timeline — production begins after your 50% deposit and design approval, with most custom pieces completed in 5–9 days before shipping.
Shipping rates
Orders $300 and over ship free.
Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate based on order value:
– Under $50: $7
– $50–$150: $15
– $150–$300: $45

Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@1056art.store with photos — we'll take care of it.
